1. Shipping
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive your order at the address you indicate. However, it is not possible to deliver your order to PO boxes.
The following conditions are established:
- Shipments are made by private courier service.
- Shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT) in all cases, but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges. For shipments outside the Peninsula, contact us through the email address info@marmarina.es.
- Shipping is understood to be the delivery of the items to the address or address specified by the customer during the ordering process.
What is the price and delivery time of my order?
Don't worry, when you process your order you will see it in the shopping cart and it will be added to the total.
The amount of the shipment vary depending on the delivery address' country. But there are times when these shipping amounts are free, such as in specific promotions.

In the attachments for local holidays our office will remain closed so we will not count these days as "business" in the delivery period of orders:

We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the courier service.
How can I make sure I have made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order and made the payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In the case of not receiving it, we recommend that you check that it has not been sent to your junk email box. If you have not finally received it, we recommend that you contact us by calling 656 537 041 or through the email address info@marmarina.es
Can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?
Yes, contact us through the email address info@marmarina.es the conditions for shipments outside the peninsula.
2. TRACKING AND DELIVERY
You will be able to know the status of your order at any time, by accessing the "MY ORDERS" section of your account. In the event that you have purchased through the PURCHASE WITHOUT REGISTRATION option, you will be able to track your order through the link that we provide in the confirmation email.

In the event that you have requested the collection at our office, you will receive an email from us indicating the date from which you can pick up your items.
