Returns / Errata
Given that a good part of Marmarina.es products are personalized, we want to dedicate a specific section of our General Contract Conditions to this type of items. In compliance with article 45 of Law 7/1996 of January 15 on Retail Trade, there will be no right of return in the case of those goods manufactured according to the client's specifications or that have been clearly made to measure. There will also be no right of return in the event that the damage is due to misuse.
Returns that arise from an error for which Marmarina.es is responsible or from a product defect are excluded from this jurisdiction. In this case, our company undertakes to exchange the defective product for an identical one in the shortest possible time. You will also be responsible for the return and shipping costs. In the event that the change cannot be made, the amount will be refunded.
In the event of a defective product due to poor management by Marmarina.es, we will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
If it is a change due to an error in the choice of size or color or in any of the product options, an error for which the purchasing user is responsible, he or she will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our office and the new costs. shipping, as long as the product is not personalized and returns are accepted.
Sometimes, the transport company returns to our facilities the orders that they have not been able to deliver, because the recipient of the order is absent from the postal address indicated on the package, or said postal address is incorrectly indicated, and they have not been able to contact us. by any means. In these cases, our company notifies the user of this incident, to process a new shipment confirmed the correct postal address, which will be borne by the client. If the user does not respond to our notices, we keep the package in our facilities for a maximum of 3 months. After this period, the package is destroyed.
In some orders, the purchased product may be sent in a case, box or packaging adapted to said product. This case or packaging is an element provided for better protection and presentation of the product, but outside the price of the product, so if it arrives broken or with any damage, it will not be replaced, replaced or paid for. Only the personalized product itself is the one that has repetition or return coverage in case it meets the necessary conditions (printing failure, manufacturing, etc.).
Personalized products are manufactured with the image and/or text sent by the user, in the same position, quality, resolution and measurements. The user is responsible for ensuring that the image or text sent when placing the order has adequate requirements for correct manufacturing. For questions about minimum requirements, contact us.
Marmarina.es will not assume any responsibility for differences in color or resolution between the original image and that of the supplied product, caused by defective quality of the original image file. Claims due to aesthetic taste will not be justified grounds for any refund.
Stationery and invitationsOnce you have contracted your personalized order, you can cancel it until you send us the form with your data to personalize the contracted elements.
Once we receive the email with said form completed by you, and at this point the cancellation of the order is requested, the return would suffer a reduction of 30% of the total purchase.
Once the PDF draft of the personalized contracted elements is sent to the client, and at this point the cancellation of the order is requested, the purchase amount is refunded with a 50% reduction of the amount.
Once the client accepts the PDF draft that is sent by email, the amount is no longer refundable.
The client is responsible for reviewing the texts: Spelling, punctuation, etc. Marmarina.es is not responsible for any errors or typos that may exist in the contracted elements once the drafts that have been validated by the client have been printed.
