Once you have contracted your personalized order, you can cancel it until you send us the form with your data to personalize in the contracted elements.

Once we receive the email with said form completed by you, the return would suffer a reduction of 30% of the total purchase.

Once the draft PDF of the personalized contracted elements is sent to the client, the purchase amount is returned with a 50% reduction in the amount.

Once the client accepts the draft in PDF that is sent to him by e-mail, the amount is no longer refundable.

The client is responsible for the revision of the texts: Spelling, punctuation, etc ... Marmarina is not responsible for errors or misprints that may exist in the contracted elements once the drafts have been printed with the OK from the client.
